Which Countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide using International postal services for smaller items and FedEx for Lager Shipments.
Do you offer expedited or express shipping?
Our International postal services are pretty quick. For example 5-6 days to the USA and 7-8 days for the southern hemisphere,
expedited shipping can be arranged if you have an urgent need for something but in general we don't expect to save more
then 2-3 days and the costs can outweigh the benefits. All our shipping services are tracked and insured so you are protected.
Do you ship furniture internationally?
Yes! Rates for shipping our furniture internationally vary based on the size and weight of the piece but we can ship our furniture internationally. If you are interested in a piece please email us at sales@madebymarley.co.uk and we will get a quote for the piece to your location. We have excellent rates from FedEx for international shipping. All pieces are shipped in a packing crate for protection and generally we can deliver a piece to most places around the world within a week. Delivery times for Furniture are not the same as our decoupage papers and are subject to multiple factors like space on Aircraft for the USA or Trucks in the EU. We will still give you an estimated delivery date and let you know how much it will be before you purchase anything.
Do you offer local pickup for furniture orders?
If you have a vehicle suitable for transporting furniture, you're welcome to arrange a pickup from our workshop. For your convenience, you can also pay in cash when you collect your items. Just reach out to us via social media or our contact page to set up a pickup time. Please note that this option is only available for furniture, not for smaller items like decoupage paper.
What are your shipping costs for smaller items like decoupage papers and stencils?
Shipping costs like everything else in the world have gone up a great deal over the last year. We subsidise all our postal shipments though to try to keep the costs down as much as we can. As with all postal services the cost of postage is determined by the size of the package and the weight. the price shown at checkout for postage is the subsidised price based on the total weight and size of package.
Do You Ship furniture in the UK?
Yes and all furniture shipment in the UK are based on a 2 day delivery service from when we ship
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on where you are in the world. We can deliver in 2-3 days in the UK, 3-4 days in the EU, 4-7 Days in the USA and 5-8 Days in Australia. Most if not all countries will be within one of these zones.
Can I track my order?
Yes, following checkout you will receive an email with your tracking number for your shipment which you can track. You will also receive updates letting you know when it will be delivered.
