Which Countries do you ship to?

 

We ship worldwide using international postal services for smaller items and FedEx for larger shipments.

​​Do you offer expedited or express shipping?

​

Our international postal services are generally very quick. For example, delivery typically takes 5 to 6 days to the USA and 7 to 8 days to the Southern Hemisphere.

​

Expedited shipping can be arranged if you urgently need something, but in general we do not expect it to save more than 2 to 3 days, and the costs can outweigh the benefits. All of our shipping services are tracked and insured, so you are protected.

Do you ship furniture internationally?

​

Yes! Rates for shipping our furniture internationally vary based on the size and weight of the piece, but we absolutely can ship furniture worldwide.

 and we will provide a quote for shipping to your location. We have excellent international shipping rates through FedEx.

All pieces are shipped in protective packing crates, and generally we can deliver furniture to most places around the world within a week. Delivery times for furniture are different from our decoupage papers and smaller items, and are subject to multiple factors such as aircraft space for USA deliveries or truck availability within the EU.

We will always provide an estimated delivery date and let you know the full shipping cost before you purchase anything.

Do you offer local pickup for furniture orders?

​

If you have a vehicle suitable for transporting furniture, you are welcome to arrange collection from our workshop. For your convenience, you can also pay in cash when collecting your items.

​

Simply contact us through social media or via our contact page to arrange a collection time. Please note that this option is only available for furniture and not for smaller items such as decoupage papers.

​

What are your shipping costs for smaller items like decoupage papers and stencils?

​

Shipping costs, like everything else in the world, have increased significantly over the last year. However, we subsidise all of our postal shipments to help keep costs as low as possible.

​

As with all postal services, shipping costs are determined by both the size and weight of the package. The postage price shown at checkout is the subsidised rate based on the total package size and weight.

Do You Ship furniture in the UK?

​

Yes. All furniture shipments within the UK are sent using a 2 day delivery service from the date of dispatch.

​

How long will my order take to arrive?

​

Delivery times vary depending on where you are in the world.

​

Typical delivery times are:

  • UK: 2 to 3 days

  • EU: 3 to 4 days

  • USA: 4 to 7 days

  • Australia: 5 to 8 days​

​

Most countries will fall within one of these delivery zones.

​

Can I track my order?

​

Yes. After checkout, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your shipment. You will also receive delivery updates letting you know when your order is due to arrive.
