Our stencils are made from thick, sturdy mylar plastic and should last you many creative adventures if looked after well. After use, just give them a wash in warm soapy water and dry them flat. They’re tough, but like most things they don’t love being bent too enthusiastically, so treat them kindly and they’ll keep showing up for your projects.

We recommend using a stencil brush with gentle twisty, twirly motions to build up the paint slowly. It helps keep those lovely crisp edges. That said, every maker has their own technique, so feel free to experiment and find the method that works best for you.
